Offices at Lakepoint are offered on a “gross lease” basis, i.e., all costs are included in the monthly charges. There are no separate billings for common area property taxes, common area maintenance or utilities. Retail spaces are slightly more business-specific, with utilities and interior maintenance being directly billed to the business.
